Escapade gourmande in Parisian restaurants and palaces

Last February, the MSc Tourism Marketing & Management and MBA Luxury Brand Management Food & Wine students enjoyed an original and gourmet outing in the heart of Paris.

Guided by Eric CASTELNAU, Head of the Tourism Marketing & Management program, students met early in the morning for a breakfast at the Alain Ducasse well-known bakery, before enjoying delicious sweets at Fauchon. Then, they visited luxurious palaces and hotels such as Edouard VII Hotel, InterContinental « Paris Le Grand » and the new Sofitel Arc de Triomphe designed by Andrée Putman.

After a food & wine degustation at the Taillevent establishment, students lunched at Etoile Saint-Honoré restaurant. At the end of this study tour, they spent their afternoon at L’atelier des Chefs for a cooking lesson!
